This compact kit is perfect for journalists and videographers covering events on location. An included lavalier mic and transmitter are worn by the subject. With 64 channels to choose from, the matched transmitter and receiver ensure flawless transmission of audio from your subject's microphone to the camera. Receiver The FR-500WR receiver can be mounted directly onto the hot shoe mount of a DSLR camera. The receiver can be plugged into a mixer or recording device using the included 1/8" to XLR male cable and/or 1/4" adapter. A headphone jack is built into the receiver for audio monitoring. Features include: built-in speaker, 1/8" (3.5 mm) audio out jack, and line out. Receiver includes hot shoe mount, 1/8” to 1/8” cable, 1/8” to XLR male, and ¼” adapter. Transmitter The FR-500WT transmitter is worn by the talent. A lavalier microphone is included. The transmitter can also be used with an optional handheld microphone (sold separately) when a microphone is desired in the shot.
