We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee from date of invoice for all equipment, All returned items must be shipped in its original carton with blank warranty cards in order to receive proper credit or exchange. Parcels returned with missing parts or packaging inserts, such as warranty cards, rebates, Unsealed from manufacturer or notes on the outside box, etc. will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee. 

Returns on TV's, Major appliances, over sized items Etc., Open Ink cartage's and specialty order items and other consumable products, Personal or Health and beauty items. cannot be returned. Merchandise being returned for refund, repair, or exchange must be repacked properly insured and marked on the outside of the shipping carton with a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by our return department. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the items to Good Luck Bargains S&H is not refundable. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if your original order had free shipping.

All refunds will be processed once item received and inspected by out customer service department.
